Passport Visa Fraud Cases

FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS SECTION
(a) “Passport” includes a passport which having issued by or under the authority of the government of foreign country satisfied the condition prescribed and the passport act, in respect of class of passports to which it belongs.
(b) “Travel documents” includes a travel documents which having been issued by or under the authority of the government of a foreign country satisfies the condition prescribe.
(c) Classes of passport and travel documents. The following class of passports may be issued under this act, namely
(i) Ordinary passport
(ii) Official passport
(iii) Diplomatic passport
OFFENCE AND PENALTIES

(c) Fails to produce for inspection his passport travel documents (whether issued under this act or not) when called upon to do so by the personable authority.
(d) Knowingly uses a passport a travel document issued to another person.
(e) Knowingly allowed another person to use to passport or travel documents issued to him shall be punishable according to law and also may be fine.
